Aries Trombone Quartet in Concert
June 20 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Aries Trombone Quartet will be giving a concert on Thursday, June 20th, 2019 at 7:00PM in Ingram Hall at Vanderbilt University. The Aries Quartet consists of Joseph Alessi (NY Phil), James Markey (Boston Symphony), Ian Bousfield (former trombonist, Vienna Philharmonic), and Jeremy Wilson (former trombonist, Vienna Philharmonic). While these four great trombonists have all worked together in some capacity, they have never publicly performed in a quartet with each other. This makes this concert a rare opportunity to behold and one that we know will leave you feeling inspired.
In addition to hearing these world-class performers, the concert program will consist of new works and classic trombone repertoire. But what would great performers, performing excellent music be without an adequate venue? Fortunately, we know that you and your students will love listening to the quartet in the extraordinary facilities at Vanderbilt University. Additionally, Vanderbilt is close to amazing restaurants, museums, and nightlife.
We have two ticket options available. The first is a VIP $95.00 option and that includes admission to a pre-concert reception, priority access to open seating, a meet-and-greet with the ensemble, and a professional quality photo with the quartet. The second option is a $60.00 ticket and that includes general admission to open seating in Ingram Hall.
