Tomball Trombone Institute

The Tomball Trombone Institute is a program for Junior High School students, and local educators. All student participants perform in both a large trombone choir and small chamber groups. Additional activities include masterclasses, recitals, instrument exhibits, and a final concert on Friday.
Educators get a hands on experience learning more about pedagogy, literature, and technique. Geared towards band directors, recent graduates, and other educators, these sessions run from 9 AM to 12 noon on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and will culminate in a trombone ensemble performance.
