Primary Genre: Trombone Ensembles - 7 trombones

This is a well-constructed and practical arrangement of a familiar classic. This could be played by a septet or a larger trombone choir. Registration makes it playable by any high school or college level trombone ensemble. The arranger uses octave doubling to fill out the sound and provide a good foundation throughout. The bass trombone part can be played on tenor trombone. The top four trombone parts all share in florid sixteenth note lines at the climax of the piece. Though these parts will require technical facility, the parts lay on the slide well and are quite playable. This is an excellent core arrangement for any trombone choir library.
