Score and parts

Primary Genre: Brass Ensemble - 3 brass

This arrangement is in C major. It is described as ‘suitable for moderately advanced players;’ its most technically demanding feature is an abundance of triplet eighth notes in all parts. The melody is shared more or less equally between trumpet and horn. There are 36 measures, most of them repeated. Each part is on one page only and I think the arrangement is quite suitable for outdoor use - probably intended for an actual wedding rather than a recital. Trumpet goes up to e²; an alternative part in B-flat is included. Range for trombone is F-sharp to c¹, and for horn b-d² (written). Bruce Dunn is Principal Trumpet of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and a founding member of the Columbia River Brass Ensemble.
